Hi! I'm Haylee Wilkins, the Managing Director, Coach, and Mentor behind 4Front.
I’m a mum of two, who weirdly enjoys and thrives on being busy!
I have a simple philosophy: "I see a problem; I find solutions to make it better." It may sound straightforward, but it is the approach I have taken throughout my career, whether as a Supervisor, Assistant CEO, or in my current role as an Executive, Business Mentor, and Personal Coach.
Ultimately, I want to help and Coaching and Consultancy allows me to do just that. Whether it’s a business needing technical support, or an individual grappling with an issue, I have created 4Front to allow me to share my knowledge with you and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
I strongly believe that coaching can be applied to everything that we do, whether big or small. It’s about breaking down the problem and making it more manageable by taking small steps towards the solution. Equally, its about allowing you the space to think of the solutions, in a world where there is so much noise that we often don’t get the chance to breath and look outside of the issue we are facing.
